Yes, no per-door fees. Whether you manage 4 units or 40, Pro is $49/mo, flat.
The economics are simple: replacing a property manager saves you
~$200/door/month. We capture a small fraction of that and pass the rest to you.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything (properties, leases, maintenance history, payment
ledger) anytime as CSV. After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days
so you can reactivate without losing history. After 30 days it's purged.
No 30-day notice contract trap.
Does the AI hallucinate legal answers?
No. The legal RAG only answers from indexed state statute chunks with
citations. If we don't have a chunk for your state or topic, the agent
refuses to guess and tells you to consult a licensed
attorney. Every answer carries a mandatory disclaimer.
Which states do you cover for legal lookups?
California, New York, Texas, Florida, and Georgia today. Massachusetts,
Illinois, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and North Carolina are the next batch.

Pro covers a single owner managing up to ~50 doors. For property

Can I run this without WhatsApp?
Yes. The web chat is the primary surface and works standalone. WhatsApp
and email exist because that's where tenants and many landlords already
live, the agent meets them on whichever channel is convenient.
